About Us
Cats at Large was started in 2024 by a team of passionate, experienced trappers and cat advocates to address the outdoor cat population in ways that are beyond the scope of other local rescue organizations. Cats at Large is a Targeted TNR organization. We use data reports from local shelters and animal control to strategically plan and schedule trapping projects throughout the Milwaukee area. This helps us maximize the impact of our sterilization efforts and more effectively manage the community cat population. We are not available for emergency cat trapping services. We empower our community members to get involved with TNR in their own neighborhoods via our Community DIY TNR Program!
